Exclusion. Is my shield worth upgrading?

Exclusion:

• Sinusitis,rhinitis,turbinates, nasal septum and its complication

• All disease or disorder of, or any injury to, the spine, its intervertebral discs, joints, nerve roots, spinal cord, or supporting musculature and ligaments and any neurological complications

Above is the exclusion offer to me for my upgrade plan. Is it still worth upgrading?

Although there are exclusions, you will have to ask yourself if the risk of you getting hospitalised for all other conditions greater than the ones that are excluded. If the exclusions are due to past injury or illnesses which do not bother you anymore, I would say upgrade for the benefits that are now open to you
