even when I travel in train and bus, I rarely saw people use Note7, saw a few but not many, its like 1 out of 100 people using Note7.

I also thought not many people using. But quite surprised during the exchange that there are actually quite many Note 7 users in just the few weeks it was allowed to sell.

Yea, that time I at suntec saw so many people queuing for the exchange of Note7.

Just now on my way home from work, only saw 1 person using Note7, playing Pokémon Go.

Using note 7. Wife and parents also using note 7. No problem so far. Getting hot while not lying on the table can be due to apps or other reasons. Sometimes it's cuz apps will start to update in the background when connected to WiFi. Same goes for my 7+. When it starts updating apps, the phone can get hot while just lying there.

There is only one phone model where you can see it all around on many people's hand. No matter how good Note 7 is, even without the exploding issue, it still cannot win iPhone haha

Not a complaint, just an observation during casual dinner session with friends using iPhone. iPhone users will generally change their expectations and requirements to fit what Apple offers. For Android users, especially for me, generally will look for alternative brands or models to fit our expectations.

For example, you can only use the original cable and charger to charge the phone and the replacement of head/ear phone to fit the non audio jack in iPhone 7. iPhone users will have to fork out more money for these but they are willing to do it.

I didn't like Apple's policy and that's why I go to Android but Apple user generally don't do that. This is one of the reason why Apple is so successful.

Still using my replacement Note 7. I think as long as the phone works fine, I might just continue using it until Note 8. Have spent the last two days looking at every other available phone on the market. There's nothing quite as technically good and aesthetically pleasing as the Note 7, honestly.

S7E too small.
Pixel has no expandable memory.
Moto Z Force has no 3.5mm jack and looks ****ing ugly.
Nexus 6P is made by Huawei (sorry, not a fan of Chinese engineering) and supposedly cracks up and has software issues.

Such a ****ing shame Samsung screwed up their best-ever phone. It would've really let them laugh in everyone's face if it didn't first blow-up.

Your phone is not safe. My S7E doesn't get hot when updating apps. Same goes to my 6s+

S7E has no USB-C also. Another ****ing sian thing after I went to get so many cables/adaptors. Unless Sammy wants to refund me completely for all that.

Clearly you haven't used your S7e. My S7e gets hot under load. Haven't had any smartphone that didn't get hot under load.

Firstly, you have to ask yourself if you flash it with 3rd party OS. Those usual forums has tons of heavily modified OS to install and let you do wonders with your phones. Its not something nobody knows. You just need one rookie programmer/hacker to mis-program his out of the world OS and you get screwed and cause your phone to self immolate and explode. Always remember, don't make your problem become other people's problem. Suck it up.

Umm, you can brick your phone doing that but I'm sure you can't make any app or program to cause your phone explode, even if intentionally. If not that's crazy
