Hi all, I'm trying to apply for an exit permit as I'll be going overseas for 6 months' study, but I've gotten this error in the NS portal:

Sorry, but this eService is not applicable to your user group.

Background info: I'm an NSman, in my 6th cycle, haven't been called up for this year ICT yet.

Likely you are in the holding list. If you have not been to ICT, it’s 0 cycle. It starts after you serve the first. I got my first nearly 12 years later.

Probably have to inform ns.sg.
