I used zuji few times as well as expedia and other OTA...
no single site provide the cheapest for all hotel ...

the price in zuji sometimes is few dollars cheaper tahn other ota, if there is discount voucher for zuji ...
normally wont book from zuji. coz u put 3 person, their price shown, may not include extra bed cost. so be careful of tat too :)

for expedia case, they would add in extra bed cost, if u put 3 person
if the room is a room for two person, and not a triple room or family room ...

thanks~~~~~~~~~~~

WORST & NEVER NEVER EXPEDIA

NEVER NEVER Expedia
Already start telling my friends NOT to go through Expedia.
Made 4 Phone Flight Ticket booking. All flight seats are scattered, not sitting together.
WORST nightmare is a Name Spelling Mistake to 1 ticket. Upon receipt of email, called Expedia immediately on this Mistake, they ignored. So I called Air Canada (AC) + CX on this.
AC v helpful, called Exedia + emailed Expedia on this Mistake + Not to issue ticket.
Expedia Issued ticket. Now asked me to cancel ticket, to rebook at much higher fare.
Expedia REFUSED to take up responsibilities and it is more > 1 month, still refused to amend Mistake.
V frustrating, as air fare is getting much higher and also hardly any seat left.
HIGH HANDED, just want to Close Sale. NO SERVICE.
This is First and LAST through Expedia

Wow, that's a bad experience. Why didn't you book the air tickets via the website?

Customer service is truly bad.
Additional charges is coming from either airline or hotel.
I kenna is from airline (tiger), additional $25.
This amt can be found at last payment page before making payment. must see line by line.

guys take note, citibank now charges DCC fees on Expedia w.e.f 18 Apr 2016.. Just saw a 1% currency conversion fee (for masters, 0.8% for visa) which never happened before.. guess gotta really shop around and see if they're still worth it!

Since most of the banks charge DCC now, I think the Expedia still have some advantages if you factor in the $1=6mils citi promotion, and stack it with the 8% hotel ** / 1% air ticket ** from Shopback.

most of the time will use those 10% discount code. Best combo

10% discount for AMEX cards + 6 miles for CITI privi AMEX + 8% cash back from shopback

If the code needs to be entered at Expedia, it invalidates shopback's cashback. Happened to me once.

Some ppl can use this loophole.

When I read the T&C from Shopback, I don't dare to use the best price guarantee from Expedia. I believe that can invalidate the ** from Shopback too.

Have used the cashback function to go to expedia website
then made a booking
so far the amt stated on my cashpay still based on the price before best price ...

I managed to use DBS travel code on expedia and right now Shopback rebate is pending till I travel next week. You're saying even if it shows up in Shopback already, there's a chance the cashback will still get cancelled?

Yes, "pending" can be changed to "rejected" also.

I booked some hotels via Expedia.sg recently. Tot i saw the button is "reserve", pay upon check in. Little did i knw it's already charged to my credit card already and expedia.sg does not have native currency. So i paid in SGD which is normally set at v bad exchange rates.

Did you see the "Pay now" and "Pay at Hotel" buttons? If not, Expedia will charge you for sure.

Bad customer service

I called them up today just to seek clarifications. Only to get shouted at by a rep with a thick Indian accent (from India) whenever I couldn't understand him. I was polite throughout the whole phone call just so he wouldn't think bad of us. No he did not apologise by the end of the call.
