Hi, i have a old computer, sometimes it boot up with no display. The monitor does not even show the POST, however the keyboard and mouse does light up. I proceed to press the cpu power switch to force shut it.

However when i try to switch it on using the cpu on button, it does not start.Nothing is power up including the keyboard and mouse. I had to switch off my wall socket and on it again then i can switch back on my cpu using the cpu on button.

Below is the boot log. I wonder is it psu faulty or video card fault? This happen 1 out of 20 times.

update------------
just now i power down my cpu from wall socket and clean it then when i on the wall socket my cpu could not start. It only start after i off the wall socket and on it again? Most likely psu problem

Thank you for the help
