Anyone bought from Valuebasket?

Can share your good and bad experience about it?

Because last week I bought Galaxy Mega 2 from them but after 1 week it says:

Order Handling
Your order is being made ready

But after I saw all bad comments about them on forums and Youtube, I decided to cancel my order through their General and After-Sales Enquiries.

But I also saw from forums that alot of people won't get their refunds and even took months to do that.

One thing I found strange is that the item you buy from them will be charged before shipping as most online store won't do that unless it's been shipped.

Any idea how to tackle it?

Almost all companies will deduct for purchases immediately before they ship it. Amazon will inform you if there is no stock and give you an option to cancel the deal.

Recently purchased these from ebay and seller was valuebasket Ruark Audio MR1 Bluetooth Speaker System Walnut Aptx Remote Control Subwoofer | eBay

during product registration was informed my serial is not recognized hence item could be either counterfeit or stolen

and the bluetooth module does not work....
