I contacted my reservist unit S8 officer regarding the expertise based deployment.
He mentioned that need to get green light from unit CO that my role in the unit is not critical. Only then can submit the FormSG form and CV.
But FormSG form mentioned only need to inform the unit S8 about my interest. If like this, then if unit don't want to "release" us then cannot apply for EBD liao.
Anyone knows the proper way to apply for this?
