Experts need your help

My pc has no beep sound when start up this morning, only the cpu, psu and case fan running. I've removed all connections only left with the psu, cpu and motherboard still no beep. If I bring the mb with cpu & ram to check for faulty parts in sls, how much would it cost? Can recommend some one reliable for such diagnosis at sim lim?
Or anyone can roughly suggest what goes wrong. TIA

Cpu ryzen 3 2200g
Psu fsp 600w hyperK about 4+ years
2 x 4g klevv ram
