Exploring Kyushu area

Hi

Can anyone advise if 12 days/11 nights is enough to cover kyushu area plus Hiroshima?

I plan to go - Fukuoda, Nagasaski, Kumamoto, kagoshima, Miyazaki, Beppu and lastly Hiroshima..

If possible I also like to go Oaska and fly back to Singapore.

Do you think if the schedule/plan is too tight??

I find it too packed. u will be travelling between cities and switching accommodations almost everyday.
just Kyushu alone would have taken more than 12 days. but really depends on wat u want to see and do at each place.


I went just northern Kyushu and Hiroshima for 17 days, and still feel that it is not enough

Can, if you intend to just touch and go for each place. You won't be able to see much, assuming you arrive and leave via Osaka. Plus you should have some sort of rail pass to contain your travelling cost.

I suggest you focus only Northern Kyushu and exclude Kagoshima and Miyazaki.

You can base yourself in Hakata to visit Kumamoto, Nagasaki and Hakata itself.

If you can, drive from Kumamoto to Beppu and visit Kurokawa, Mt Aso and Yufuin on the way

Can advise if there are anything interesting in kagoshima?

Heard that the scenery and beach area are quite nice...
