Ext HDD Can't Be Written When Plug in Mac

I have a few ext HDD formatted on NTFS. Now using Mac OSX can read but can't be written on ext HDD.

Does anyone have any quick fix solution to allow both read & write?

convert ur harddisk to fat32

if its a new hdd, format your hdd as exfat with disk utility. it should work with win and mac without additional software. if not, then i guess a paid solution would be more reliable.
