External 3.5in diskdisk

Hi
I got a 3tb WD as a second hard disk in the internal hard disk enclosure of my PC.
My pc motherboard just died. This 2nd disk contains my photographs.

How can I access this hard disk?

Can I plug it out and insert into a external USB enclosure to access it's content?
