External Harddisk

Hi there,

Currently, facing issue with my external hard disk. Appear under "my computer" but not able to load. When I clicked autorun, window will prompt me to format the disk. Checked properties but status is working fine.

Can anyone advise?

maybe u can tell us what is this ext hdd u using?

next, solutions :
1) change usb cable
2) try on another pc or laptop
3) go to disk management to see if the drive still allocated with file system like NTFS/FAT
4) if the case can open, try open it and use your pc power and sata cable to see if u can read.
