External HDD data recovery recommendations?

I have a 500gb Western Digital HDD that starts clicking when I plug it in and doesn’t work. It’s pretty new and I haven’t used it much. But I need to recover the data inside- I would like to know roughly how much it would cost and if anyone has any shops to recommend... Thank you in advance!

Anyone needs to recover deleted files from thumb drive or hard disk or SD card.. or corrupted files or HDD not reading.. PM me..
