obtain a copy of the memo from your poly which will be used to apply for extended deferment. approval is case-by-case basis.

if i am not wrong.. based on my time when i got enrolled into poly, the poly had given me a memo that request mindef to grant me deferment as i have been enrolled into the poly, and that memo was being uploaded during the deferment application

ask student service centre for the ns deferment letter.

make sure it says you're studying for the extra 6 months.
then email to the cpmb email

include IC, full name and say you need to extend deferemnt
