FYI, SPOC just told me they will be closed from mid-Aug to mid-Oct for exams and holidays.

Thanks for the update. IIRC, they are close on Aug 12 onward.

Look like these low cost service will likely result in high demand. I submit my appointment request with NP instead, awaiting their email/call.

Closed on Saturday, Sundays, public holidays & school breaks. (Closed From 17-21 Jul 2023), and (Closed From 21 Aug to 16 Oct 2023).

BTW, already got an appointment date from NPOC for next week. SPOC really need to work on communication part, after 3 working days still no email or call from them!

did NPOC send you any confirmation email or SMS on your appointment ?

mine was only verbal.

Same, only phone call confirming the date/time.

Do take note that although NPOC (I believed SPOC as well) issue referral letter, one need still need to go thru polyclinic route in order to enjoy subsidized rate at SNEC/hospital.
