I would like to share my wonderful experience with Angie. I am not in anyways affiliated with her or her business.
I had mine done some 4 years back with another tattooist, went back for touch up a year plus later. She charged me $100. "As Long as the lines are visible, it will be a touch up rate." Following year, $200. Not too happy w the price increase. This time I went back to her about 15 months later, I was told the price is $400 since I failed to return within 12 months. Wtx?! I was never once told I have to do an annual touch up. She has moved from Toa Payoh to an outskirt mall. She has since gained some popularity after MANY sponsored bloggers.
I am not going to budge in and decided to take my business else where. Of late a $1200 tattooist is quite the talk of the town. Yes the Korean ink bottles do look fanciful but only the ink will stay.
Honestly I was getting a little desperate as the ink of my eyebrow was fading, I have thin and sparse eyebrow... And I am too lazy to draw....I was bending towards parting with $1200 . While I was in contemplation, as my boring days go, sipping my afternoon tea, waiting for my daughter to finish her tuition, in a cafe when I noticed two ladies with beautiful fresh brows. They seemed friendly and strangers became frds over brows...lol
Long story short.
I chatted with Angie over what's app and made an appt with her the very week. Angie is so friendly and approachable, and she speaks English! She patiently drew the strokes on my face. I was adamant on a straight Korean brows, so Glad I took her advise against it! I have big eyes and high forehead. Thus she gave me a slight arch. Unfortunately I can't load the pic, I love every bit about my eyebrows. People notice the change but can't pin point to what it was. Indeed eyebrows frame my face! I looked dated and older with my sparse thin brows!
Given Angie pharmaceutical background, she is so hygienic! Unlike my last tattooist who made me keep my blade for touch up, or pay a $10 penalty if I lose it. Angie doesn't reuse her blades! And she uses FDA approved Korean ink too without the exorbitant pricing!
Her price is $488 for eyebrow embroidery with a quality scar gel. There are proper labels on the scar gel, unlike my last tattoo place which gave me a no label container.
Again, I would like to emphasise I am NOT affiliated with Angie, and am merely sharing.
U can ask her for her portfolio, she has quite a number of men's customer too. And I must say I am truly impressed with her work! It seems that many men need eyebrow embroidery too....!
