I have Ezlink Auto-Reload for my card. One day Ezlink suddenly just blocked my card and disabled my auto-reload without warning. I was sure I have not overspent my credit limit leh.
I asked Ezlink what happened and they told me there was a charge failure. I asked why charge failure and Ezlink told me to find out the answer myself with my bank.
So I asked LTA whether Ezlink's technology acceptable or not. LTA told me they don't manage Ezlink operations, no comments.
Come'on - Ezlink is LTA's wholly-owned subsidary leh.
