F1 cars need to pay for COE?

So do the f1 cars pay for coe? Since COE so high now, is it raiding our reserves if the f1 cars not paying it?

Ppl gonna talk about all the benefits it brings, increased visitorship etc. But it also put more strain on our mrt infra at a time when it’s breaking down way too often due to road closures.
Unless a direct % of revenue from f1 goes into rail upkeep, else whatever ppl say about adding to the reserves and result in more money for rail upkeep is questionable.
