A wise person understood what he was doing and will not commit amateurish mistakes.

Warren buffet doesnt use those doesnt mean he is not technically inclined. Heck i dont use 3g or 4g for smart phone, that doesnt mean i am not technically inclined than most of you. You just use what you need.
