i always wonder if this kind of treatment is painful or not :(

Neither the laser facial or the botox is painful

I dont seem to need any numbing cream for the botox injection. Just a cold ice pack to numb before the jab and then its all done in a few seconds

How often do I need to do it?
Thanks.

The doctor will advise a treatment once every 2 weeks.
As for the result, it varies individually depending on the condition of your skin. If you're having acne prone skin, it will take longer.
You can actually try to go for the first trial session.

I went for the laser at Gangnam laser clinic sometime ago to cure my acne and i can say my skin is clear now with no scaring. At first I didnt buy the package as it is quite expensive to me $1800 for 20 times. But I got a colleague to share with me. So it is very worth it.

Don't go to Healthsprings Laser & Aesthetic clinic @ Greenridge, firstly it's doesn't works for me n felt that their unethical charges of imposing a consultant fees @ $70+gst + facial laser @$380 per session. Why did I say unethical? Cos in the first place, I went to Healthsprings Medical clinic due to fever n throat infection, the GP Dr Chu is a nice n friendly lady , later knowing I'm a PPP clinic customer, she told me abt my skin condition r freckles n liver spots may not b easily remove, wave length hv to b 1064, she can help me to remove them off for one session so I just tried..I was brought to the next room under Healthsprings laser & Aesthetic clinic. After the whole session, I was been charged 2x consultant fees: $50++(medical) and $70++(laser). I asked the nurse(laser) why do I hv to pay for laser consultant fee when in the first place I here to seek my medical not facial. I understand if I here for my facial consultant I would hv paid. She simply ignored n tried to sell me their laser package. Is this unethical way to be charged if u were me? I had to pay for both medical n laser consultation, I wasn't feeling well so I don't wish to argue as I was already v turn off by her customer service n attitude. Also She ask the nurse(medical) hv settled my payment w them like worries I didn't pay for both clinics..><
I waited 3 weeks to c any improvement on my dark spots but none..the spots is nt gone remain the same as b4...so gals don't waste ur money for laser @ healthsprings. Aside fm the unpleasantness, Dr Chu is a nice lady doctor, the medicines she prescribed for my throat condition worked well..

20 sessions at 1800 is for a regular laser facial and not intracel
Intracel is different technology

Aiyo…I am surprised about your visit to healthsprings clinic at greenridge. I go there regularly for years and I was recommended by friends who stay near there too. I found their charges to be reasonable leh. Their staff is friendly and they remind me regarding my appointments. (as they are usually super busy).
The doctors are honest and will advise what treatments are suitable for me (cos I ask ALOT during consultationJ). My pigmentation (from Laser) have been under control n been receiving compliments too.
You should call them to clarify on treatment receipts.

Could there be a misunderstanding? As someone who suffers from eczema and cystic acne outbreaks, I have been a regular patient of Healthsprings for many years and so far, my experience has been a very pleasant one. Dr. Soh is very experienced and skilled. She has helped me to achieve clear and radiant skin using a comfortable combination of treatments, including laser treatments which have been effective in treating my pigmentation and scars. The staff are caring and do not push me to take up treatment packages. Perhaps you could let them know your concerns. From what I know, the clinic takes patient feedback seriously. Hope everything works out :)

PPP clinic is totally terrible. The sale rep are very aggressive in selling their package. Now it's even worse clinic have storage of doctors, every week there will be no doctor or sometimes they need to leave early. Feedback to the corporate office but they blame there are too many customers they hv to attend at certain time slot and advise to go to other outlet.. Seriously they really know how to push the blame when they are obviously cutting cost. They can even hv the cheek to say alot customers hv feedback/complaint to them
