Yes. Just go into Settings | General | Touch ID & Password | Touch ID

Choose how you want to use Touch ID; whether to unlock only or also to use it when purchasing for new apps.

I mean unlock method only use touch id without passcode.. Of course after several times error, can use passcode unlock as alternative

Isn't that what we are using now???? U wake up your phone, touchID to unlock. Or you can select pass code to unlock too with a swipe.

i think he's looking to disable the passcode entirely.. but its not going to happen as the passcode is a fallback method for touch id.. juz don't let anyone else know your passcode since you won't be typing it that much anyway.
