Case: NZXT H500

So as you can see from the picture, do you think i can achieve better gpu temps with the change?

Current max temps are 80degree with the front filter

69degree without the front filter - this is ideal, but no filter means dust can freely enter. If i were to switch to another configuration, i'll have a top filter, sooo i could potentially be better? haha

Anw, i clicked it and can sawyour diagram. I am not a pro, but just giving my opinion.

Original set up: Temp is high when you put a filter, i think coz u are creating a vacuum below the GPU with the 2 exhaust fan + cpu fan (Its taking alot of air there). Filter already reducing your air intake.

I feel that you should lose the case top fan over all.... your exhaust is already taken care by the CPU fan & Back exhaust fan (Air flow amplified because double fans same direction). By doing so, your front fans should provide enough air flow from the front of the fan to the bottom of the case for your GPU to take in.


JUST MY GUESS. Pro pls comment hehe.

hmm before this setup, there's no top fan, then my gpu temps were 78 on load.

without the top fan, it's negative air pressure, can feel the air sucking in, the front fan has like no intake one

It seems like negative preasure is the way to go for this case.

He did tested with a top intake fan, the gpu temp increased.
