Fan & fan controller

Good afternoon everyone!
I just completed building my rig yesterday, currently only have exhaust fans & CPU heatsink. Still can install 2 fan on top & 2 fans at the front but don't know what kind of fans are good, any recommendation? I also would like to have fan controller that matches the colour of my rig. Advise? Thanks! :)
