my transfer failed because I used an old shortcut to CIMB (CIMB has upgraded its system hence a new account no.- it works previously (2-3 days to transfer time)tho.

Works across DBS-SCB. Almost instant and updated in 2 min time. Not a wish but seriously request authorities to make it 'standard' offer and free. Long over due and finally done.
