Depends what you mean by better. But IMO I would believe it to be better despite what the latest opensignal report says

Interestingly I can get higher than 8.5Gbps upload speed pretty consistently with M1 10Gbps plan.

TP-Link Archer BE805 as main router.
Intel N100 mini PC running PVE as the client, Linux LXC container (Intel 82599ES SPF+ 10G adapter)

It seems to me most of the OOkla SpeedTest servers in mainland China are down.

The following query only shows two servers from mainland China.
