faulty microphone N550JK

Sup bros,

Recently my N550JK has some issues with the mic. I have to depress the back of the laptop screen, top cover of the laptop for the mic to work. any suggestions?
or ways to open it and fix the mic wiring?

This model is still under Asus warranty, why not just send down to service centre and let the professional do the job?
