Not sure if this has been discussed before. Nothing came up in the autosearch when I key in thread title
So currently when we report a post, you can type a message for why you are reporting that particular post. I'm assuming all of these reports are added to the same queue (be it First-In-First-Out/Last-In-First-Out). Suggest to implement categorising of the reports, such that when a post is reported, the user can choose from a list of subcategories why they are reporting the post, in addition to the remarks. Then these reports can be added to different queues and the mods/admins can prioritise based on the category or their availabilty.
List of subcategories could be:
1) Merge thread/duplicate
2) Spam
3) Advertisement/Referral links
4) Hate speech/Discrimination
5) Others
(2) and (4) could be of higher priority, and they require more effort to respond as the reviewer may need to read a few posts to understand context
(1) and (3) are more straightforward to act on.
