Bringing forward the tapering was announced a few weeks back.

Property price will drop like grapes.
The new property cooling measures are totally unnecessary.

They are reactive. Only when they know inflation in USA is getting serious. And fed will hike rates. Then pap will react. Now those loans already taken. Still need to keep taking mRNA jabs to keep jobs to pay loans. Sinkies are really daft. U got good condos may not be healthy to enjoy due mRNA overdosing.

if demand is real hot, not scared cooling measures

From 0% to 0.75% for 2022 only, should have increased to 1.50% to curb inflation

Means US market will very likely fall next year.

Does this means everyone holding onto cash? Or use cash buy property? But what if property crash? However why property will crash if many hot money n there’s high??? inflation On the way?

Hold cash, I supposed.

Property also falling.

If shares fall by a lot, can use the cash to buy them.
