[FEEDBACK NEEDED] Unique Melody

Hi everyone,
It has been a while since we had resume service with Unique Melody (UM). UM and us would like to gather feedback on things that can be improve. Please leave your feedback below. Thank you.

Waiting time is fantastic! My Merlin only took exactly 3 wks from date of order to collection, which is far beyond my expectation.

One small issue which might be and more directed to UM is that e carrying case is a lil small. It just fits nicely with the stock cable n cloth.. It is almost impossible to squeeze in a small desiccant pack or fitted with a thicker cable.

gave me an idea for reshell...basically a 3/6 mths warranty upon receiving it. however warranty does not cover drivers, UNLESS it is a UM CIEM by default.

Yes reshelling doesn't cover the drivers, the only warranty for reshell is for the drivers added. All UM CIEMs has warranty.

as in, example, UM Warranty covers 2 years (for Merlin and Miracles IIRC)...

and say owning Merlin for 2 years, I wanna reshell with UM (1st time reshell), which in turn i get a renewed warranty of another 3/6 months (incl. drivers).

The duration of the warranty are limited and once reshelled there will be no more warranty.

does UM check on drivers condition for reshell case & inform if there's faulty drivers? i'm just wondering if there are people that purchase ciem w/o knowledge of drivers working or not and UM just reshell it w/o checking the drivers.

Yes UM will check the drivers to make sure they are working before reshelling. If faulty drivers are found they will quote us the replacement fee which we'll then inform the customer if he/she is okay to proceed with the extra charges for replacing the drivers.
