Feel like changing new rig

As you can see. My rig had been with me since 2011. The specs is on the right.

Should i change all or just change

CPU & Mobo
GPU (for witcher 3, fallout 4...)
Add in SSD
New casing that allow good air flow, side window and can put more than 3 fans.

Or change all parts and use win 8.1

Any recommendation? My budget is $1.5k.
Can go alittle bit more though.

Im still sticking to 768p lcd though. Still working well.

My Coolermaster 430 had 3 fans build in too.

So i was thinking of just changing the motherboard, cpu and graphic card. Then the rest reuse it.

But do you think it will fit in my old casing?

I thinking of something like

MSI H97 Gaming 3 & i7 4790K = $664
POWER COLOR R9 290 4GB = $399
SAMSUNG EVO 850 250GB SSD = $179

$1242

Then the rest use back. Possible?

Or just all change.
