FHD & light

Hi all, I'm looking for a replacement laptop to replace my 6 y.o. acer.

I am looking for one with the following:

1) FHD
2) lightweight

It is mainly used for web surfing.

What's your budget and any preference for screen size? Most lower end laptops don't come with FHD monitors though, just so you know.

opps, forgot about the screen size. I prefer 13 to 14".
