Fiasco in Electronics Bazaar

Hi Mods,

There are several characters acting unbarred and uninhibited in Electronic Bazaar. They seem to keep reposting or starting threads for no reason.

Personally I am encountering an issue with a guy (Xiaomilover) who created an account just to sell merchandise at an inflated price. He is resorting to insults and childish remarks.

He's digging up all my old threads just because I posted in his thread saying his $25 Xiaomi Charger which he tries to sell 2-3 times a day can be bought at $14.

In turn he's continually harassing me now. Please look into this beyond the Ipad Air fiasco occuring too

i also want to report Yureak. He try to disturb me and other sellers with his logic and make comment about our prices but he is not a buyer in my ad. i try to close the ads to avoid him but he continue to disturb me. Such a disturb individual behaviour shouldn't be allow to roam around here.

He first disturbed me by digging my old threads it isnt a crime to state that your peddled goods are overpriced.

It is however an offence to dig and create a hostile atmosphere. In fact exactly in your quoted example of the Westone I wasnt following you but I was simply sharing with the seller that after so many months of use it is unreasonable to expect a loss of $20 from MSRP. The seller agreed and readjusted his asking price. Secondly does it mean that we post in your thread we definitely have to buy? In your case I opened the thread to see the price but left with the feeling that youre out to swindle poor buyers with that sort of price nearly double the price you bought at. I consider it my moral and civic duty to educate prospective buyers on this lapse in judgement. Unfortunately you are unable to accept this truth and in turn single me out for pointing the obvious. I can understand your pain and perceived loss due to your greed but I dont consider what I did any wrong at all.

It wasnt your business at all and youre just following my posts. How did you even know i posted there if you werent reading my profile posts?

Dear Yureak and Xiaomilover, the forums are open to you both to sell your stuff. The seller (any one of your both) has the option to sell at the price you feel is acceptable to you. While we are ok with commenting, it is another matter when insults or challenges are placed by sellers or buyers. If we deem that the comments are disruptive by discrediting the seller, excessive taunting, name calling or use of vulgarities, we will take action against the user. Action will also be taken if the seller does likewise. End of the day, simple rule everyone has their a choice to sell at any price they want. If the seller declines your offer, disrupting their sales is the last thing to do. If any commercial entity sells for example a iPad at a higher price, you do not take a loud hailer and call them cheats do you? You just go and shop somewhere else. I will end this message with a warning, if I find anymore instances of insults / taunting by any of you both I will not hesitate to ban your account.

On a personal note, the more you feed those disturbing you, the more they will want to do it.

Finally someone come out to say something. Anyway if I hear another comment from Yureak on my sale ad I will be back. Seriously I was just trying to avoid him in the first place and he keep harrassing me till I act childish like him. The sale forum nowadays is no longer a place to buy and sell instead just a place for these kids to comment without using their brain. I complain to the mod for a few times and all I get is sorry we don't get involve in personal conflict with users. How disheartening. Anyway as long as he stay on his side of his dog fence I'm fine with it.

Like the moderator said, commenting is fine if it is justified harassment is not. So as long as you stay on your side of your fence and make justified comments without taunting I am fine. Likewise if you start again with digging old threads like how you started first you know what will happen.

Whats wrong with ppl commenting in ur thread??? If i know of any place that sell cheaper than ur price, i would post it in ur thread and create a thread to let buyers know... its all about sharing the gd deals... if u think im purposely disrupting ur sales, u can try lower ur price then i will recommend your new lowered price as well mah.
