Finalize rig

hi bros,

i would like to seek your advise on my planned rig mainly for general usage,football manager and fifa17. with the help of ZrE0_Cha0s I have came up with the following specs:

i5 6500 + msi h110i pro ac $415 or MSI B150I Gaming Pro AC $430
Super Flower Leadex Platinum 550W [80 Plus Platinum] $149
sapphire rx480 $399
kingston ddr4 $45
Jonsbo UMX1+ Window (Silver) $129

I'm firmed on the gfx, ram and casing (out of stock till 2nd week of july) however would seek your opinion on the motherboard and power supply.

Is there any significant difference for silver and platinum rated PSU besides the price?

Would u go for msi h110i pro ac or MSI B150I Gaming Pro AC or other mobo?

i would say go for the MSI B150I AC, i also getting that.
Power supply is ok la.
8 gb 1 stick?
why not get 16gb kit, 2 x 8gb.

can consider superflower leadex silver. iirc consumers cant rly tell the difference, and power/cash savings not alot. silver selling cheap on lazada

hi TS.. my casing is jonsbo uxm3.
as uxm3, uxm1 also has the PSU to be located at the front top of the casing..
I had a problem installing the superflower PSU..

in the end, i made another power adapter to connect to original.

I got the same chassis and PSU too but i don't face the issue wor. The bend is sharp but still tolerable.

i should ignore my worry then.. wasting time to and fro SLT looking for the matching adapters... take half day leave somemore..

well tbh just go with 110 pro ac save that money since gaming is only some extra stuff from the system they have (that gaming app) other than that board have almost exact build, ports, etc.

psu u can go for gold or silver efficient, unless u turn on your PC for 24/7

I use umx4 with sf leadex gold , its tight but for me i plug in the power cable before securing psu to the casing, its much easier that way.

I see that you favor itx..
itx mobo not much choice..
If you go for m-atx build, go for Jonsbo RM3..on sale now..
