Just received a notification for a firmware upgrade, should I upgrade it?

Current firmware version : PDA:MA2 / PHONE:LK1 / CSC:MA1 (XSP)
Latest firmware version : PDA:MC2 / PHONE:MB1 / CSC:MC2 (XSP)

And also by upgrading I will loss my root access right?

If you're rooted, by right they shouldn't even let you upgrade since they will detect your device as modified (not sure on this).

But yes, MC2 is the latest firmware.

No idea about the changes.. I just got my phone back from repair under warranty and they told me they flashed the latest firmware.

I've always been on another ROM because I don't like touchwiz's interface :p

Are you on jelly bean 4.1.2 now? The upgrade should overwrite your root. To keep it with the upgrade, download ota root keeper from Google play. Keep the root and flash the update. Restore the root after u upgrade.
