Do you need a mATX motherboard? Because the case you chose supports ATX motherboards and I assume you're not overclocking since you've chosen a i5-4690 (non-K) chip.

You may want to consider the MSI H97 GAMING 3 motherboard:)
MSI USA H97 GAMING 3

Fat cry 4 dragon age etc.

Less than 1,500
Uh, I'd suggest a R9 290 or GTX 970.

An R7 270 doesn't touch the Witcher 3's recommended requirements and that is a game that isn't too far off.

CPU+ Mobo: ASROCK H81M-HDS + i5 4690 (387)
RAM: G.SKILL PC 12800/1600MHZ DDR3 CL11 VALUE RAM (8GB) (97)
GPU: POWERCOLOR R9 280 3GB TURBODUO (285)
SSD: OCZ ARC 100 120GB (99)
HDD: WD 1TB BLUE (75)
DVD-RW: LG 24X DVD-RW SATA OEM (25)
PSU: SUPERFLOWER HX 600W (109)
Case: CM K282 / K350 / K380 (55)
OS: WINDOWS 7 HOME PREM (130)
Networking: TP-LINK WN781ND (32) (Infinity Computer)
Monitor: DELL S2340L (229)

Total cost: $1523

Unless otherwise stated, buy at PC Themes, #04-15, and ask for discounts. DIY yourself. If you can't into DIY, get PC Themes to assemble for you for a fee.

Notes:

1) Due to lack of budget, a more powerful GPU is not affordable. A R9 280 is included in the build instead and this GPU should be capable of playing the latest AAA games at High settings in 1080p. You may want to get another 8GB stick of RAM in the future as 8GB of RAM may not be enough for photo/video editing.

2) An SSD is included as the fast write/read speeds of a SSD will help you to open and save large media files faster than a HDD.
