Hello all Im looking to build a PC for the first time but i am a total newbie in this.

i came across a website call logicalincrements(dot)com which gives recommendation for the parts. is that site reliable?

i am looking to build a rather general desktop that can play games like CS:GO and some of the newer game. (doesnt have to run on max setting just something decent.

It would be better to ask here

We can give more localised recommendations based on current prices

nothing to do with performance, rather for the quality.
a even better choice will be a WD Red.

Simi quality when it is really just better performance?

I got 1 WD Black 1 year up lorry liao. Tell me about it.

TS is budget oriented, ask him pay for intangible benefits is :s22:

Why black wd?

No difference in performance when a SSD is already equipped. And also the quality does not matter whether its green, blue, red, black, purple.

All HDD have moving mechanical parts. And the tendency to break or fail is very high.

Doesnt really matter where and what color is it. Just get the blue.
