Fuzzie is an app for cashback by buying gift card. Check out www.fuzzie.com.sg
Those purchases from Lazada are to be purchased separately to maximize the savings from the gift cards.

If you need assistance in regards on building the PC I can drop you a PM with my contacts. I got build PC as a part time and we can arrange time for me to teach you how to build your own PC after all the parts are bought.

Nope. Not needed. The stock cooler from AMD is enough to allow some mediocre overclocking. Also it's pretty silent too, which is a plus point.

Buying partial from PC Themes and partial online will be cheaper. Lazada is mostly fine tbh.

If your budget can increase slightly, for the gtx 1080, get the extreme is okay as it's friendlier for the temp.

If the 2nd option, gtx 1070 will work just fine with the amp edition. Don't need extreme as it's overkill. Gtx 1080 quite a bit hotter. Can vouch coz I'm using one.

Sent from PM me if you wanna build a DIY PC or wanna learn how to make one yourself :D using GAGT

Thanks for the list again! But I have decided to increase my budget to about 2.8k to 3k! Can you send me an updated list without monitor? And do I need a cooling system for the updated one?
