first time buying DIY Gaming Rig

Hi guys i been looking ard in the forum and i not sure what are good with building a gaming rig *not oc* and also getting a new montior total should cost $1800 hope it can last me for about 5yrs ? cause my current one last me for 5yrs already haha..

mainly for gaming

*item not needed : ODD , OEM , mouse & keyboard*

ps: i have a acer cpu*spoil* and there is a window 7 cd key.. can i use it for DIY computer ?

It is tied down to the mobo. So answer is no you cant reuse it.

I personally prefer the Dell S2240L, 21.5" around 210. PPI at it's best. Usually you buy bigger one the PPI also lower unless you going to sit slightly further away from the computer.

Get cheapest board such as ECS or biostar than go for highest end gpu

If too big for u ask others recommend u 24" monitor

i was looking at i2367fh online.. but i think i have to go down see the aoc and lg or maybe other brand monitor to see which one my eye are comfortable with...

Yes it is a 620W psu.

If you pull out the OS, then the next brand gpu is MSI GTX770 Twin Frozr 2gb ~ $645 or the 4gb ones at $669.

But in this case you don't need a 4gb ones.

Can try gigabyte gtx 770 2gb. Cheaper than the MSI. Go techpowerup and read reviews between both. Im sure there are comparisons between both.
