just use as per normal
if you kiasu use until battery drain below 20-10% before 1st charge
dont worry so much lah
just enjoy your new toy

and kill off any unnecessary background apps that u dont need
notifications, location services, etc ...

Batteries these days are lithium and is not like in the past where you need to pre-charge it overnight.

TS. Just use the phone as per normal and charge the phone when it is no lower then 10% of its capacity.

The last I read, lithium batteries no need to "over charge". But should not let it drop till zero before you charge again. Another thing lithium batteries don't like is heat so the battery will last longer if it is not expose to too much heat.
