The last I read, lithium batteries no need to "over charge". But should not let it drop till zero before you charge again. Another thing lithium batteries don't like is heat so the battery will last longer if it is not expose to too much heat.

Looks like what i have been doing is right. i always leave my phone is in the fridge to ensure the battery lasts long.
