regardless what, now national service very easy life.

Do not have to worry

BMT also easy life compare to 35 years ago my time

Cause TS never say is 7 days or below 7 days. So assume his 1 week is 7 days.

7 days = HK

Below 7 days (eg: 6.5 days) = LK

1 week ICT? go back holiday only la...you will wish the ICT is longer....

2 week ICT away from stress work i also wish longer....go back NS no need use brain think, just sleep in bunk wait for order and go do chop chop, go back sleep again.

never in life will u get chance to have afternoon naps so often!!

It depend on what your vocation & unit you served.

Never get to have afternoon naps during my ICTs.

1 week ICT? go back holiday only la...you will wish the ICT is longer....

Do I need to bring the duffel bag or I can use my personal bag?
If the item I bring are not enough, can I use the pack from the field pack or field pack items are best left to untouch?

What are the things I missed out to bring:
- Extra no4
- Admin Shirt
- PT Kit
- Home clothes
- Toiletry/Showers
- Phone Charger
- Key/lock

Most people don't like to touch the full pack items, so unless you like to pack and repack all the time...

How much stuff you want to bring is up to you, just remember that ICT is a captive market, the emart there will sell items that you have forgotten to bring, but obviously at an inflated price, compared to outside prices.

Tell that to a bunk mate of mine - 1st ICT had to help break his lock...

Because he locked the key inside!

ICT and BMT is not the same.

Everyone experience is differently from what commanders' encouragement for which type of lock to use & the reason behide it.

Key lock = You have problem once key lost or break.

Number lock = Other servicemen can unlock & steal your things once they see your password when you unlock it.
