Just saying, I went to canada and bought Force. It is cool and interesting but a pity it doesn't have heart rate monitor.

Yeah lack of HRM is really what is stopping me from buying. Lets see what the next iteration of the mio alpha brings.

hi guys.. so sorry!!

the force are on the way here, just got shipped out from fitbit last friday!

though i have pressed on time and time again to tell them to send it via expedited shipping, they still send it out on regular shipping!!

the management is really bad and therefore these delays happened.
i really would like to extend my apologies on these inconvenience and my mishap not to give updates.

eta would be 2weeks from now, expect it around mid-jan.

hi guys, this post relates to the fitbit force you guys ordered.

Sorry for the long period of absence.

Anyway, fitbit force will be discontinued.
I really apologize for all the inconvenience caused.
Truly im sorry. No one want it to turn out this way..

If you have been following up on the latest news, you will find that fitbit force is currently having a skin rash issue.

I have asked about the shipment I ordered and unfortunately they are certified as defective units.
In this regard, they will recall all outstanding shipments. As such, your orders of fitbit forces that had just arrived Singapore yesterday was intercepted.
In fact, it was already on vehicle for delivery when the shipment was intercepted.

There is nothing that can be really done about this. All these manufacturing problems needs to be rectified and not kept going. As such, they have offered a refund for all the forces i ordered. They wouldnt want you guys to get problems with it. I would truly like to extend my apology to you guys.

I understand the long anticipation and when it has finally see the light to the force, problem surfaced and things went bad again. Really, had not for this rashing issue on the skin, im certain that i can deliver the forces to you guys..
