what plan does the sale agreement state?

Singtel recontract always have issue. Especially if it come with free mth service promotion. Singtel bill me even it free.
And they took almost coming to 6 mth to solve it. Claim it is IT system issue.

So.. MUST always check and check the sale agreement before click okay.
Then receive the softcopy, check again.
Then after recontract, monitor the billing.
