Think CC need extra charge

Seems like everything was to be done manually. From payment transfers to pick-up locations. But worth it for the price, i suppose.

self pick up?

Item backed by 1 year warranty by Corbell Technology Pte Ltd.

Wah, but the warranty discounted by 50% ah, I thought supposed to be 2 year warranty

Roccat Lua come with 2years warranty. Please bring down the faulty set to our service center for a check. Once verify faulty we will RMA for you. Thanks.

knn...
the app is crap...
now tan gu gu for my transfer payment to update on my balance.
the payment transfer method is really KNS and sibei primitive.

if top up never top up how to get them to refund my transfer?
kns app and primitive payment method...

[kandinsky]

After that still have to wait 20-30mins for them to msg you to select which pickup location

The experience really feels a bit backward, alot of unnecessary waiting... will turn off a lot of people if they don't improve it.

[Entry Level PC]

knn took me over 30mins just to sign up, transfer fund, select location...

0/10 for user friendliness.
now have to tan gu gu for 5 working days and then for their notification to collect my new RAT.

ETA I think maybe 15 or 16 Feb then my RAT will be ready for collection.
Once I collect my RAT I am deleting this KNS app.

Hey there,

So sorry about this. We are experiencing high load at the moment, that is causing some delays in the messaging system. We are working hard to fix that!

Do bear with us for the moment!
