Flashing pixels

I just turned on my PC and one of the monitors is flashing green pixels all over. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

do u have another monitor to test or gpu to test? im still thinking might be gpu issues, but hope is cable issues.

if u can get a new cable as well to test, or any other cables.
