Flight Ticket Name Interchanged

Hi, i made my flight booking to San diego but realized my surname and name is swapped. Anyone know if i will face issues during immigration or at airline counter?

(example) on ticket is Xavier/ Tan Wei Jie. Should be Tan/ Wei Jie Xavier?

Will have problems when checking in.

Should rectify it with airline or travel agent asap

totally alright. no issues with check-in at the airport. the check-in staff can over-write the system.

no issues with immigration either.

Is it because of keying wrongly like last name, first name key wrong? or that is what the system shows despite you keying in correctly?
