I think should be flash flood on certain area only?

I went BKK in late May to early June. My friends told me Ch8 news reported that BKK flood but I didn't see any flood on my trip.

hence sq offering 197 sgd for dec travel last min ...
manged to book at this price for mid dec travel ... the fare few days sold out ...
flight was almost full when choosing the seats ...
