Which type of eartips do you guys prefer and why?

For myself, I like foam eartips for the comfort and superb seal, but they can only last a few weeks before needing replacement. Silicon eartips on the other hand can last for several months.

My question is, is it worth it to get foam eartips over the silicon eartips, especially when it's considerably more expensive?

hoot ah? hmm i got from my friend when he got the sample pack. but taobao sells individuals for 5bux, the sizing the "black" is the same size as olives medium. but if u need longer tips try the light blue i am using them now its kinda nice :) so how it fits on the xiaomi(s). remove the center core, its easier to remove than the olive :) :D peace out go try them its wunderful :D

Foam is beeter for me...although need to change everytime....silicone is good but not so 'airtight' as foam type and less comfortable

Complys disintegrate too fast, Shure olives seal better for me also, + they are cheaper.

One of the few cases where "cheap" and good come together..

These are comfy, but they don't seal very well for me.
The seal on the shure olives are phenomenal..

In terms of comfort, Complys > Shure Olives > Westone True fit
That's my conclusion, your experiences may vary. :)

Yeah, they don't last long enough, switched to shure olives about 1 month back.

So far they are still holding together, heard it's pretty durable.

my last pair of shure olives lasted me 9mths.. :s13: but then again im not using my iem everyday so it may be diff mileage for others.
