Human aren't prefect.... sometime we work everyday and too tired think then forget about this.

Like you say there is loved one, family or friends who will remind you but if there isn't anyone. Blame themself for being forgetful?

The best is government remind us 1 month early to use before the expiry dateline.

I think on radios and social media from time to time will talk about it, casually or not, just to jog ppl's mind.

Plus, towards the end of the year they will start talking about the next distribution in Jan 2026.

I am happy to be eligible to receive and overall glad that the govt is being relatively generous already.

I encountered a b*tch old lady boss, I wanted to buy an item at $4.90 using cdc, so I walk around to see any $1.90 or $2.90 items to use $6 or $7 cdc , she followed me like a hawk.

So when I asked 1 of her customer on the payment mode, b*tch boss replied to go to ntuc to buy instead!!!
