last saturday i also go eat ma maison..
the brown sauce a little too salty..not as nice..
but other than that still not bad

Watch out for the blog announcement these 2 days for the 1st Sushi Appreciation Workshop, scheduled on Saturday, 28 May in the afternoon at Hokkaido Sushi.

A blue fin tuna, real one hor, and some other fish will be cut live on a table before all workshop participants. Parts of these fish (about 17 servings of sushi/sashimi for each pax) will be served.

Priced at $100.00 per pax ($30 goes to charity) Please do not indicate your registration here. All of us have to register via an email address on the blog.
